Friday Loving #2

Hello My Lovlies

It's time for Friday Loving,

The first product is a beauty item which I can't get enough of is a perfume from M&S. I have to say it was love from the moment I sprayed it. I wanted to buy and I did after a week. The perfume is from their Per Una range.  The perfume is called Opulence Oud. The frangrance has a woody and warm smell which I love because it's a very "sexy" smell. The reason why I fell in love with it is because it has Dahn al Oudh in it. The scent alone is strong and woody very masculine however on a lady the scent is very apealling and makes you feel sexy. Dahn al Oudh is very expensive and so when I saw the retail price. Which is £22.50 and it's a 100ml bottle. I was surprised because fragrances with Oud are like over £70. So I had to buy because it's cheap. The packaging of the bottle is simple and Arabian because of the design of the big and the cap of the bottle. I would recommend this perfume or even to try it when your in M&S.

The second of what I been loving is a to seria which is called How to Get Away with Murder. I have to say this Tv series is mysterious, griping and makes you wanting more. I'm not going to tell you a lot of it but what I will say is that. It is about a professor who chooses 5 students to intern at her law firm however they get entwined to a murder. I am currently watching the first seals mom Netflix and I hope there is more coming up. I would recommend you watch this series because it is so gripping and twisted.

I have also been loving Chai Tea, to be honest I am not a english tea type of girl because for me I can only taste the boiled water which for me is not really appealing. So I like having flavour in my teas. I have always loved Chia because you have the rich spices and there is more milk than water. So you have taste and not the water. I make Chia when I am at home or if i am out shopping. I would get a Costa Chai tea which is amazing. I would highly recommend you try Chai Tea form Costa because you taste the spices especially the cinnamon. I have to say Chai for me is like christmas with the smell and how lovely it is.

I hope you have enjoyed knowing the three things I have loved this week
Thanks you for reading

Friday Loving

Hello My Lovlies

I thought I would do something different, where every Friday I would post what I am loving for the week. This could be one product or a few products. Some weeks will be beauty associated and some could be non beauty related. I thought this would be interesting because it will show what I am loving and it will be a mini review.

My first favourite is a new flavour of crisps which are Walkers Sensations Lime and Coriander Chutney Poppadoms. They are new but I absolutely love them. I can not get enough of these. This week I have eaten 2 packets and I can see myself buying more this month. There is the right amount of lime and coriander, one doesn't over the other. At first I thought maybe there will be too much lime and I wouldn't taste the coriander but I was so wrong. The crisps are to die for and I would recommend you buy a packet to try.

Another is the Bourjouis Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick in Pink Pong. I absoloutly love this colour and it's a liquid lipstick. I have to say the colour is out of my comfort zone but really it was a risk I was willing to take. The colour is a bright fuchsia colour with a hint of purple. It does have a blue undertone but I just love the brightness of the colour. It's very opeque and the colour is build able as well which is good. So you can put a little and blend it out if you think it is too bright for you. I love the formula of this product because it goes on smoothly it does not go patchy when applying. It feels hydrating on the lips and it last well on the lips. It does not go crusty around the edges of your lips. It stays on well even while drinking and eating which is good for me because I am always eating. These product retail at £8.99 at Superdrug, the price isn't that bad either for the product. I would recommend you buy this colour but also check out the other colours in the range. The nudes in the range look lovely and I will be going to buy some more.

My last favourite is my new laptop which is the Apple Macbook Pro with Retina Display in the 13inch screen. I have always wanted this laptop for about 6/7 years and I would always ask my mum "Please can you buy me one". I have to say they are expensive but really they are worth the money because they are easy to use once you get used to the track pad. I love how light it is and the retina display just changes the way the screen looks. I have no words to describe this laptop. I am grateful that I put my mind into hopefully getting one but I never thought it would actually happen. It is true when they say "When you your mind to it, you will get it." I think that is saying I'm not sure. When you go to the Apple store i would highly you go check the laptop out.

I hope you enjoy this new post!
Thank you for reading and tune in every Friday to see what else I am loving

The Amalfi Coast

Hello My Lovelies

At the end of August I went to Italy to visit my family which was really lovely because the weather was wonderful and the sun was shining all the time. It was good to get away from the Uk "summer" because summer in the Uk is not really a summer. Moving on going to Italy was different this time because we went to a place called Amalfi which is a lovely town thats on the mountains leading down the sea.

Seeing the views and having the sun glistening on the water was mesmerising. I really enjoyed coming to this town because it had it's own culture even though majority of people were christian. Seeing how they were selling unusual crafts was interesting because it was something different.

I loved walking around and looking at the little boutiques they had of hand crafted jewellery and also they had different clothing as well.

If any of you guys go to Italy, I would recommend you go to this town because it's so peaceful and relaxing. You wake up to a nice view and you have the sea right in front of you. There is the mountains where you can walk and see the view from looking downwards.

All these photos where taken on the iPhone 6.
I hope you have enjoyed this post. Thank you for reading!!

Kenya

Hello My Lovelies

Mid July I went Kenya to visit my family but also to celebrate Eid with them since it was during Ramadhan at the time. I haven't seen my family in 2 years and I was really excited to be reunited with because we used to go every year since i was 1. So missing a year was tough because I wasn't able to see them. I wouldn't miss a year again because I really did find it hard not seeing them every summer.

We visited different places such as Malindi, Kanamai and Watamu. Visiting these places was amazing because I got to see different culture and they all had a different vibe.

Visiting Kanamai we stayed at a cottage with a private pool but it also had a path where you could swim the sea. I have to say this was so beautiful because it was so peaceful and the view was amazing. Having the sea front in front of you was just magical. The people in the area were so friendly and kind.

Malindi
When we went to Malindi we visited different towns within Malindi. I have to say i want to visit Malindi more because I enjoyed seeing their culture, their arts and craft. The beaches in Malindi were so beautiful because they were so white and in the sun it was glittery as well which was just spectacular to see and I never seen a glittery sand before. The sea was beautiful because you could see the different colours of blue and green in the sun.

These were a few of the photos that I took when we visited the palaces. I would really recommend going to these places to see the culture and feeing how others live. You see a different way of life and you become grateful for what you have because you see people struggle for food everyday. These photo were taken on a Canon EOS 1100D.

Kiko Milano Cosmetics

Hello My Lovelies

Firstly I wold like to apologies for not posting any blog post in a loge while. I have been away went to Kenya and Italy during the summer holidays. I would do a Italy post soon don't you worry. I am back now and will be posting post once a week.

I thought I would do a First impression/Haul on the Kiko Cosmetics. Before going to Italy I bought a few products and when I went to Italy I bought even more products. So I wanted to share with you what I bought and how I felt about their products.

Kiko Milano Cosmetics is an Italian brand that sell affordable make up products. The products have an amazing feel on the skin and the pigmentation is wonderful. I would have to say the products are very much high end feel however they very cheap. The pigmentation of their lip liners and lipsticks are amazing. This was my first time ever buying products from them. So let's begin talking about the products:

I love this highlighter, it's so creamy and blends amazing on the skin. You can build on the intensity of the highlighter, if you want a subtle look or a more dramatic highlight. The highlighter retails at £8.50 and you get 10g of product. I love the packaging of the product as well. It's a matte black with silver writing. The pigmentation is wonderful as well.

Unlimited Stylo - Long Lasting Lipsticks

I bought two lipsticks from this range. The shades I have is 09 - Baby Rose and 14 - Natural Beige The pigmentation of these lipsticks are amazing, they have a silky feel to them. They aren't so glossy or drying the lips. They don't have that sticky feel when you put your lips together either. They are very soft and easy to blend for a subtle look.  Both the lipsticks have a semi-matte finish on the lips. The lipsticks are long lasting on the lips and they don't transfer so easily either which is a bonus for when you are eating. The lipsticks retail at £6.90 and you get 2 grams of product.

The Baby Rose lipstick is bright pink lipstick which has red/blue undertone. This will suit light to medium skin tones very well. This colour will be nice during the spring and Summer. I love this colour because it's not too so I'm your face like a barbie pink lipstick.

The Natural Beige lipstick is a nude lipstick with a pink undertone. This colour will suit more light skin tones more than a medium skin tone because with the a medium completion it can look a bit washed out. I love This colour during the fall and winter would be amazing and you can also put a darker lip liner underneath to make it little bit darker.

I bought two lip pencils from this range and I really want to get some more because the pigmentation of the pencils are so good. They stay on your lips and glide very well. They are very soft and very build able. They blend very well of you just want a light stain on the lips. They both retail at £2.50 each which is really cheap for a lip liner with that pigmentation and softness.

The first shade I bought is 706 - Classic Red. I love this shade because it is a true red, with the blue undertones. I can not fault this shade, it's lovely by itself and the wear ability with a red lipstick on top is amazing. It last long and I love it!

The other shade is 711 - Light Plum. I wanted a dark purple shade lip liner which will go with my makeup revolution lipstick in Rebel with Cause. I have to say this is a close match with that lipstick. The moment I searched the lip liner I was like buying this product. This lip liner is so soft and the pigmentation is wonderful. I literally love it, it lasts a long time on my lips.

I would really recommend these lip liners because they are so soft and general on the lips. I love the packaging with the metal lookalike case makes it very sophisticated, smart and expensive.

Intense Colour Long Lasting Eyeliner in the shade 16 - Black

I been on a hunt for a black eyeliner for a long time which was very pigmented and long lasting on the water last. I think I have found that product. The moment swatched it on my hand, it was calling out for me. It very intense and a true black. It doesn't move from my water line which is a bonus. I can use it on the top for my eye to create a wing effect but then smudge out with the sponge at the end of the pencil. The eye liner retails at £5.20 and I think it's very cheap.

This make up remover is so gentle but really effective. I wanted a make up remover for my eye makeup in case I used any waterproof products but also a remover that can take off red lipstick without leaving a stain on my lips. This product does that, it's a dual solution so you have to shake it before you put it on a cotton pad. I love this product because it doesn't leave a oily finish to the skin and it leaves my skin clean. This retails at £5.90 for a 125ml which is cheaper to other products. The packaging is very classic and neat which is very appealing.

Overall I love Kiko Cosmetics because they are very affordable and the quality is just overwhelming. It is like having high end quality but the price is so much more cheaper. I would recommend Kiko to my family and friends.

I hope you have enjoyed this post. There will be more to come.
Thank you for readying.
